When you purchase from PressurAce, you enter into an agreement with us. These terms outline the responsibilities on both sides.

Product Use & Ownership
Designed For
Tennis and padel ball pressurization. Each unit recovers the pressure of balls within the range specified on your unit, extending ball life and performance.
Personal & Professional Use
Personal play, coaching, or clubs. Commercial resale requires authorization.
Warranty Coverage
Use outside intended application may void warranty. See full terms
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Limitation of Liability
PressurAce is liable only for direct damages up to the purchase price. We're not responsible for indirect losses like missed matches.
Dispute Resolution
We believe most concerns are best resolved through direct communication. If you ever have a question or issue, please contact us first at support@pressurace.com. We resolve the vast majority of concerns this way.
If a matter can't be resolved directly, disputes are handled fairly and transparently. For disputes under $10,000, either party may use small claims court. For larger disputes, both parties agree to binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, with the customer responsible only for the filing fee. Disputes must be brought individually (no class actions).
These terms are governed by Florida law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by contacting us.
